Forming Process: SLM (Selective Laser Melting)

Dimensional Accuracy: ±0.3mm or within 0.4%

Surface Roughness: Ra6.3–Ra3.2, with slight pitting and layer lines/surface texture

Advantages:

• Corrosion-resistant, good gloss, non-magnetic, easy to process

• Austenitic stainless steel material with excellent mechanical properties, high strength, and high density

• Weldable and suitable for post-processing

• Resistant to weak corrosive media (e.g., air, steam, water) and chemically aggressive media (e.g., acids, alkalis, salts)

Disadvantages:

• Visible layer lines and surface texture with roughness Ra3.2–6.3

• Not suitable for applications with extreme weight sensitivity
